1. Raw material (<500mm) will be fed and dropped on the vibrating feeder by strong vibrating frequency, which will make the raw stone be fed into primary Jaw Crusher uniformly and stably.
2. The primary jaw crusher uses the squeezing principle caused by the movement of the jaw plate to reduce the material to size.
3. After primary crushing, the crushed stone will be conveyed to secondary Cone Crusher for recrushing to increase target size particle yield.
4. After crushing work finished, the vibrating screen will help sieve finished product to different qualified product size range, such as 0-5, 5-15, and 15-40mm.
5. Belt conveyor is the core conveying equipment connecting the entire crushing work. Installation angle is within 17 degree.
• Jaw crusher have two series – PE series, C series. If you wanna make your maintenance more convenient, C series jaw crusher will be your better choice.
• Cone crusher have many different series. The R&D history from earliest to latest is as follows: PSG Symons cone crusher, MHP multi-cylinder cone crusher, GP / MCH Single-cylinder cone crusher. Equipment selection can be enhanced based on your operation and budget requirements.
• The layer number of vibrating screen can be 1 – 4, Hole size can be customized.
• Optional dust collector system if the customer has environmental protection dust reduction requirements.
• For all the main equipment of this design, we can provide Metso or Sandvik same machinery if you want.
