وصف عملية التكسير

1. المواد الخام (<800مم) سيتم إطعامها وإسقاطها على وحدة التغذية الاهتزازية بتردد تهتز قوي, which will make the raw stone be fed into primary Jaw Curser uniformly and stably.

2. يستخدم كسارة الفك الأساسي مبدأ الضغط الناجم عن حركة لوحة الفك لتقليل المادة إلى الحجم.

3. One transfer silo under the ground is designed to make sure easy maintenance and avoid that crushing line do not work continuously when some troubles happen to the primary crusher or secondary crusher.

4. GZG series vibrating feeder will be installed under the ground silo to help feed the crushed stone (around 200mm) to the next crushing stage – secondary medium crushing stage.

5. To meet client’s 200-300tph capacity request, we suggest to use two sets of مخروط الكسارة to do secondary crushing work. Meanwhile, one of cone crusher with fine cavity will be fed into the sieved unqualified stone for fine crushing to improve sand capacity.

6. بعد انتهاء العمل, the vibrating screenswill help sieve finished product to different qualified product size range, مثل 0-5, 5-20, and 20-40mm. Meanwhile, A closed loop is formed between the screening equipment and the fine crushing cone crusher to ensure that the range of materials produced is qualified. The model and quantity of vibrating screens are selected based on customer requirements and production line compliance design.
