The VK tyre mobile impact crushing plant is a self-contained, wheel-mounted unit featuring an impact crusher. It is engineered for high-performance crushing of materials like limestone, granite, and demolition debris, producing a well-graded end product. Its mobility and compact design make it ideal for applications where space is limited and quick setup is necessary.

Integrated full vehicle design:

All parts are vehicle-mounted; there is no need to dismantle parts for transportation, which is convenient for on-site installation. All-vehicle belt conveyor crushing plant, and there is no need for cranes and belt supports. With the adjustable landing leg, the foundation-free installation is practically realized. .

Hydraulic and lubrication system:

It manages various functions such as adjusting crusher settings, freeing stuck material, and controlling plant operational functions, which make operation easier.

مبدأ العمل

The mobile impact crusher relies on the power provided by external electricity or an onboard generator to drive the main engine and auxiliary equipment motors.

The raw material will be fed into the impact crusher chamber to be impacted and squeezed in the crushing cavity, causing damage to its internal organization, thereby achieving crushing.

The crushed stones are returned to the vibrating screen of the mobile cone crusher through the belt conveyor for screening. The screened stones are transported to the finished product area strictly according to different specifications, and the large-sized stones are returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing, and then the screening is repeated until the finished product specifications are reached.
