♦♦ Master these points and easily adjust the discharge of Raymond mill

     

    1)  Adjust the discharge fineness of Raymond mill by adjusting the gap between the grading impeller and the spacer ring. The smaller the gap between the grading impeller and the spacer ring, the finer the discharge; on the contrary, the coarser the finished product.

 

    2)  Adjust the air volume by adjusting the butterfly valve at the outlet of the Raymond mill to adjust the fineness of the Raymond mill discharge. The larger the air volume, the finer the discharge; conversely, the coarser the finished product.

 

    From this, it can be seen that the particle size of the Raymond mill can be adjusted within a certain range. The user can adjust the size of the feed port according to the particle size of the raw material, and then adjust it according to the particle size of the discharge particle size to obtain the finished product of the Raymond mill that meets the requirements.

 

♦♦ How to solve the problem of too large particle size of the Raymond mill discharge?

   

    The excessive discharge of the Raymond mill is mainly related to the size of the feed, the speed of the classifier, the wear of the classifier blades and other factors. The following is a solution to the excessive particle size of the Raymond mill discharge:

 

    1) The feed particle size should not be too large:

    When grinding minerals, the principle of “more crushing and less grinding” must be followed. The material must be fully crushed before grinding, and the feed particle size must be uniform as much as possible; When feeding, pay attention to continuous and uniform feeding. Do not feed too much or too little to avoid congestion, blockage of the grinding chamber, and reduce operating efficiency.

 

    2) Ensure the quantitative speed of the classifier:

    The speed of the Raymond mill motor and the speed of the classifier are both determined according to the specifications of the equipment. Therefore, in specific production, the rated voltage and current must be stable. The unstable voltage or current should not cause the Raymond mill to work fast or slow, which will affect the grinding fineness.

 

    3) The wear of the classifier blades should be replaced in time:

    After the material is crushed in the crushing chamber, it is screened by the screening operation of the classifier. After long-term use, the classifier blades are easily worn to varying degrees. After the blades are worn, the classification effect is weakened, the amount of returned sand is reduced, and the grinding fineness becomes coarser. If the blades are severely worn, it will affect the service life of the classifier. Therefore, the blade wear should be checked in time during work, and the blades with severe wear should be replaced in time.
