♦♦ Basic conditions for equipment selection
1. The production line of sand and gravel aggregates is mainly divided into three steps: feeding, crushing and screening.
2. Before selecting equipment, we must first clarify the basic conditions of the production line: the nature of the material (such as size, hardness and soil content, etc.), the type of finished product, the output of various finished products, etc.

♦♦ Selection of feeding equipment
Feeding equipment refers to the machinery that feeds materials to the crushing equipment. Generally, a vibrating feeder is selected.
Vibrating Feeders have two main functions: uniform feeding and soil removal.
1. When the raw material is relatively dry and contains less soil, adjust the size between the screen bars of the vibrating feeder to an appropriate value, and the material can be directly de-soiled by the feeder.
2. When the raw material has high humidity and contains a lot of soil, adjust the size between the screen bars of the vibrating feeder slightly larger. After the material is initially de-soiled, it is de-soiled again through the circular vibrating screen to remove it completely.
3. The size of the vibrating feeder is selected according to the size of the material.

♦♦ Selection of crushing equipment
The main crushing equipment on the market are: Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Impact Crusher, Hammer Crusher and Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher.
1. Jaw Crusher and cone crusher are suitable for crushing harder rocks (such as granite, basalt, etc.).
2. Impact Crusher and hammer crusher are suitable for rocks with low hardness and low corrosion resistance (such as limestone, etc.).
3. When the rock size is large, the hardness is high and the corrosion resistance is strong, you can choose: jaw crusher + cone crusher + Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher.
4. When the rock size is large, the hardness is not large and the corrosion resistance is moderate, you can choose: jaw crusher + impact crusher + vertical shaft impact crusher.
5. When the rock size is small, the hardness is high and the corrosion resistance is strong, you can choose: cone crusher + vertical shaft impact crusher.
6. When the rock size is small, the hardness is not large and the corrosion resistance is moderate, you can choose: impact crusher + vertical shaft impact crusher.

Screening equipment can choose circular vibrating screen.
1. The number of layers and apertures of the circular vibrating screen are selected according to the number and size of the finished products.
2. The size, specifications and quantity of the vibrating screen are selected according to the output of various finished products.
3. The installation angle of the vibrating screen should be adjusted according to the output ratio of various finished materials, generally 10-20 degrees.
