The movable liner is located at the discharge port, and the size of the discharge particle size can be controlled by adjusting the movable liner.

1. Impact crusher principle: After the material enters the crushing chamber, it is first hit by the high-speed rotating hammer, and the material is hit on the impact plate for crushing. Then the material will be thrown to the impact plate at the other end of the crushing chamber for crushing again, and it will be crushed by repeatedly hitting the impact plate until the particle size is smaller than the discharge port and discharged.
2. Heavy hammer crusher principle: When the material enters the crushing chamber, it is first hit by the high-speed rotating hammer and crushed, then rebounds, and further crushed by hitting the impact lining, repeatedly until the material can fall from the discharge port of the movable lining.
♦♦ Differences in scope of application
1. The output of the impact crusher is 30-800 tons, which is suitable for handling various materials not larger than 500mm and with a compressive strength of less than 350 MPa. It belongs to the secondary shaping and crushing equipment.
2. The output of the heavy hammer crusher is 100-6000 tons, which is suitable for handling various materials of 500-1200mm and a compressive strength of 200 MPa, and the first crushing forming and particle size can be adjusted by the movable lining.
