    VTM European Grinding Mill: Offers higher efficiency, finer grinding capabilities, and advanced features. Ideal for applications requiring high output and high-quality powder production.

Differences between YGM Raymond mill and VTM European mill

♦♦ Equipment Type and Design

 

    1.YGM Grinding Equipment:

 

    1)Type: YGM series are high-pressure suspension roller mills.

 

    2)Design: Features a central shaft with a set of rollers that grind material against a stationary ring. The material is fed into the center and ground between the rollers and the ring.

 

    3)Structure: Compact, with a traditional Raymond mill design that includes a classifier, main engine, blower, and a cyclone collector.

 

    2.VTM European Grinding Mill:

 

    1)Type: VTM is a European-style trapezium mill.

 

    2)Design: Uses a trapezoidal grinding chamber with multiple grinding rollers. The design is optimized for higher efficiency and finer grinding.

 

    3)Structure: More modern design with advanced features like an upgraded grinding system, improved dust collection, and a more robust structure.

 

♦♦ Grinding Efficiency and Output

 

    1.YGM Grinding Equipment:

 

    1)Grinding Efficiency: Suitable for medium to fine grinding. It has a moderate production capacity compared to more modern mills.

 

    2)Output: Generally lower than MTW mills, with a maximum output of about 1.2-8 tons per hour depending on the material and specifications.

 

    2.VTM European Grinding Mill:

 

    1)Grinding Efficiency: Offers higher efficiency and better performance for fine and ultra-fine grinding applications. It has a more advanced grinding system.

 

    2)Output: Capable of higher output compared to YGM mills, often up to 50 tons per hour or more, depending on the material and setup.
