Principe de travail

When the PCZ heavy hammer crusher is working, the material is fed into the machine cavity from the feeding port above, and the rotor in the machine cavity is driven by the vibration motor to rotate at high speed in the crushing cavity, driving the hammer to hit, shear and grind to complete the crushing process.

The VEST PCZ heavy hammer crusher has a movable liner at the bottom of the rotor. The crushed material is discharged from the stone through the movable liner, and the material that does not meet the requirements continues to be hit by the hammer until it is discharged from the machine.
