Working Principle

  The dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, passes through the filter bag as clean air, and enters the clean air chamber, and then is discharged by the fan through the clean air chamber exhaust port.

 

  The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the dust collector to continue to rise. In order to make the equipment resistance not exceed 1200 PA and the dust collector can continue to work, it needs to be cleaned regularly.

 

  Cleaning is done by the program controller starting the pulse valve in a timed sequence, so that the compressed air (0.5-0.7MPa) in the bag is ejected from the hole of the blowpipe (primary air), and the surrounding air (secondary air) several times the primary air is induced to enter the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand rapidly in an instant, and the dust is shaken off with the reverse action of the airflow, achieving the purpose of cleaning.
