Working Principle

Material Feeding: Raw materials are fed into the mill through a hopper. The materials are typically in bulk form and need to be crushed before grinding.

Grinding Process: Inside the grinding chamber, the crushed material is lifted by an air current to the grinding zone, where it is ground between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The roller exerts pressure on the material, crushing it into fine particles.

Air Flow: A fan generates airflow that helps transport the ground material upwards to the classifier. This airflow also carries away the heat generated during the grinding process.

Classification: The classifier separates the fine particles from the coarser ones. The finer particles are carried away through the air, while the coarser particles fall back into the grinding chamber for further processing.

Collecting: The fine powder is collected in a cyclone separator or bag filter, where it is separated from the air and collected for use.

Recycling: The remaining coarse particles that are not sufficiently ground are recycled back into the grinding chamber for further grinding.
