The hydraulic cone crusher has a unique internal structure and convenient discharge opening, with the functions of adjusting, preventing iron, and clearing the cavity, as well as the advantages of simple operation, superior performance, cost savings, and high productivity.

Technical Features

High-performance transmission design:

The large and small gears adopt spiral bevel gears to realize high energy efficiency and high torque transmission, easy for maintenance.

CLP constant crushing chamber:

The shape of the crushing cavity is almost unchanged in the process of lining wear; it keeps the feed size, output, and grain shape unchanged and extends the service life of the liner by 20%.

Easy for maintenance:

Almost all maintenance can be done by only taking down the upper rack. Besides, it is compact in structure, occupying a small floor area, which cuts expenditures on the foundation building.

Various cavities:

Many kinds of standard crushing cavities fully meet the secondary, tertiary, and even quaternary crushing needs after primary coarse crushing.

Working Principle

 

 

  When the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve by v-belts, transmission shaft, and transmission gear.

 

  Dynamic cone rotary pendulum moved with the action of the eccentric sleeve, the moving cone, and the fixed cone, sometimes near deviation.

 

  Material is squeezed in the crushing cavity, impact and breakage, and the broken material is discharged from the bottom.
