Tracked type impact crushing plant, which can be used as the coarse crushing plant or medium crushing plant in the whole crushing work, is a sophisticated and versatile solution for modern aggregate and recycling operations. Engineered for high efficiency and mobility, this plant combines a powerful impact crusher with a robust Tracked undercarriage, delivering exceptional performance across diverse and challenging job sites.
Materials are fed into the crushing plant through a primary feeding system, typically a vibrating feeder or similar device.
The heart of the Tracked impact crushing plant is the impact crusher. This crusher utilizes high-speed rotors equipped with blow bars or hammers that strike the material to reduce the size.
After impact crushing, the processed material is typically passed through a screening system or deck to separate finer material from larger pieces.
The crushed and screened material is then conveyed out of the plant via a conveyor belt system. The conveyor transports the material to stockpiles, loading areas, or directly to the next processing stage in the production line.
