The VSI sand-making machine is the most advanced artificial sand production equipment at present, mainly used for the production of construction sand. It is also called the vertical shaft impact crusher. It is designed to provide high-quality sand and gravel aggregates for highways, high-speed railways, construction, hydropower dam construction, and concrete mixing plants. It is also used in the fields of artificial sand-making and stone shaping. Usually, VSI sand-making plants can be equipped with sand washing machines, crushers, and vibrating screens to produce artificial sand more economically and efficiently.

Advanced design：

Advanced double-pump oil lubrication system guarantees shaft bearing lower temperature increase, longer life time, and more reliable operation.

Imported bearings：

The spindle adopts imported precision rolling bearings, which run smoothly, extend the maintenance cycle, and improve production efficiency.

Equipped with over-vibration device：

When the vibration exceeds the specified value, an alarm is issued and the machine is shut down for protection.

Special feed inlet structure：

The combination of center feeding and ring feeding is adopted to meet the requirements of different stones. It can crush stones and iron ore.

Nguyên tắc làm việc

Center Feeding:

Raw material falls into the feed hopper and then enters the impellor through the central entrance hole. It is accelerated in a high-speed impellor and then thrown out at speeds of 60-75 bệnh đa xơ cứng. When hitting an impact plate, it is crushed. Final products come downwards through outlets.

Ring Feeding:

Raw material falls into the feed hopper, then, through a ring, it is divided into two parts by the material-dividing plate. One enters the impellor through the center of the material-dividing plate. The other falls from outside of the material-dividing plate.
