Superior Mobility:

The Tracked undercarriage equips the plant with remarkable mobility, allowing it to traverse rough, uneven terrain and operate efficiently in remote or restricted areas. This mobility minimizes the need for additional transportation, enabling quick setup and relocation as project requirements evolve.

High-Performance Impact Crushing:

At the heart of the plant is an advanced impact crusher. Unlike traditional jaw crushers, impact crushers use high-speed rotors and impact plates to break down materials through high-energy impacts. Nguyên tắc làm việc

Materials are fed into the crushing plant through a primary feeding system, typically a vibrating feeder or similar device.

The heart of the Tracked impact crushing plant is the impact crusher. This crusher utilizes high-speed rotors equipped with blow bars or hammers that strike the material to reduce the size.

After impact crushing, the processed material is typically passed through a screening system or deck to separate finer material from larger pieces.

The crushed and screened material is then conveyed out of the plant via a conveyor belt system. The conveyor transports the material to stockpiles, loading areas, or directly to the next processing stage in the production line.
